We work on torsion and extension springs, openers, broken cables, bent track, off-track panels, and worn rollers. We don't do fence gates, commercial roll-up doors over a certain size, or custom fabrication - if a job falls outside what we do, we'll tell you that up front instead of taking the money and figuring it out later.

If you need something quoted over the phone before you book, say so. Some jobs we can price close with a few questions about the door; others we need eyes on first, especially anything involving a bent track or a door that's come off its rollers.

Plain Answers

When you call, we'll ask what the door is doing - won't open, won't close, makes noise, came off track, opener runs but door doesn't move - and whether anyone's tried to force it. Don't keep hitting the wall button if the door's stuck; that's usually how a cheap fix turns into a new door.

We don't publish a flat price list because spring size, door weight, and track condition change the job, but we can usually tell you a range on the phone once we know the symptom and the door type.

One honest limitation: during stretches of hard cold, call volume for broken springs goes up fast, and we may not be able to get to a non-emergency job same day. If your door is stuck open or stuck closed and you can't secure the garage, say so when you call - we prioritize those.

We're a repair and install outfit, not a parts counter. If you're trying to DIY a spring swap and just need a part, that's not something we sell over the counter.
